Job Overview

Bee Sweet is looking for a detail-oriented, hands on, and reliable individual to join our farming team. This position reports to the Director of Farming Operations and is responsible to oversee the FLC’s.

Duties / Responsibilities

• Responsible for the proper forming and maintenance of citrus trees by developing, innovating techniques and implementing regional seasonal programs
• Manage FLC crews and their billing
• Lead groups of farm workers, and provide guidance on the execution of pruning programs, as well as understanding the cost structure of all related practices
• Knowledge and experience with power hand tools such as chainsaws, power trimmers and hand pruners
• Create and maintain ranch budgets

Experience

• Must be fluent in English and Spanish
• Valid California driver’s license; must maintain clean DMV record
• 5 years of agriculture experience

Pay Offered / Benefits

• $65,000 - $75,000 annual salary
